Two units, Blackfrey 288-2019, Southbound 101, just south of West Sierra, the Black Cadillac SUV, 286-9-9-8-9-3-9-8-9-7-7-7-9. Clear to Semantale. Second is returning clear out of Palo Alto. Near TC[1] tried to run vehicles off the roadway. There is no further. This was seen three ago.
