Suspicious vehicle parked near roadwork on Prospect St

Radio was put in as a suspicious auto.

That vehicle was parked on the side of the road and they were looks like they were looking at the steel plates that are on the side of the road on Prospect Street where the details are working.

I just confirmed all the steel plates is still there.
