As discussed during the dispatch call, a caller reported that someone went for a walk to the mine in Somerset and then left in a white or gray sedan, possibly a Honda Civic or Accord, heading toward Paonia and Delta about 30 to 45 minutes earlier.

Right now, what I have is that someone went for a walk down to the mine and then they drove away in a white or gray Honda Civic or Accord towards Paonia and Delta, down where the bridge is at Somerset.And the party was seen about half an hour to forty-five minutes ago.
