I don't know if you have your animal control hat on, but apparently at milepost 95 on SR-30 , caller pulled over to try and help a dog.

The dog's now hiding under the car and won't leave, and the caller would like an officer to come help her move the chihuahua from underneath her vehicle because she is unable to do so herself.
