He complained shortness of breath.

History of asthma, COPD, and lung cancer.

He normally wears four to six liters of oxygen.

Power's out of his apartment.

He has no means of oxygen.

We arrived on scene.

He was found at about eighty-eight percent.

An obvious distress.

We gave him two albuterol treatments.

He's no longer in any respiratory distress.

We currently got him on a nasal cannula.

Now three liters, satting 100 % with that.

He's alert and oriented.

GCS 15 , heart rate 88 , blood pressure 146 over 72 , respirations 28 .
