Leaning transformer reported on utility pole

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to reports of a possible transformer at risk of falling from a utility pole near the 300 block of County Road, roughly 500 feet past Patton Road toward Salisbury. Utility company personnel were notified to address the hazard.
