Fallen tree blocks both lanes on Frank Lane Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were sent to a public service call on the (number withheld) block of Frank Lane Road near Singers Glen for a large fallen tree blocking both lanes of traffic, with chainsaws requested to clear the road.
