Pedestrian hits deputy and requests medical help

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic reports that a pedestrian apparently struck a deputy on Center Hill Dam Road. The deputy reports being okay, but the pedestrian requested medical help and state trooper assistance. A vehicle passenger reportedly has a significant head wound, and EMS is believed to be en route.
