Semi reported for unsafe driving on Highway 7

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a driving complaint about a cream-colored semi truck pulling a white trailer heading eastbound on Highway 7 toward Silver Lake, reportedly crossing the center line in fog and traveling at a slower speed.
