Officers check welfare after mental health concern

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to check the welfare of an individual near Water Tower Place in Sidney after a telehealth session raised mental health concerns. The individual has a prior history of a possible overdose attempt and some crisis intervention issues.
