Child found face down in water; CPR performed; now conscious and breathing

As discussed during the dispatch call, aLS requested to the 7500 block of McCarthy Beach Road for a reported child found face down in the water (possible drowning). Bystanders briefly performed CPR. The child was reported conscious/alert and breathing. Air medical was being arranged with a landing zone at the French Community Center baseball field.
