I have an accident with injuries. Unknown, it could be a hit-and-run. At Baldurzac Drive and Monks Avenue, it looks like a kid was on a scooter and got hit by a car. It did not look like the vehicle that hit him was still unseen, but there are people stop next to him. The complaint in I had did not stop and talk to anybody.
