Car off highway shoulder into culvert near Show Low

As discussed during the dispatch call, radio traffic indicates a vehicle went off the eastbound Highway 60 shoulder near state route 260 in the Show Low area, ending up about 20 feet down in a culvert with damage. A medium-duty tow was requested and there was a possible power hazard reported nearby.
