Car hits retaining wall on Carmody and West

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency units responded to Carmody Avenue and West Avenue in Shiloh for a possible traffic collision involving a vehicle striking a retaining wall in front of a residence. The extent of any injuries was not known.
