False commercial fire alarm on South Grove Road

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch requested a response to a commercial fire alarm near the 8600 block of South Grove Road in the Newcastle area. Maintenance then contacted the alarm company and advised that it was a false alarm, and responding fire units were told to disregard.
