As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews and medical responders were dispatched to a reported cardiac arrest at a residence on West Penn Street in Shenandoah Borough, with CPR noted to be in progress. Responding units were advised to use caution and access the building from the rear on Washington Street due to limited entry from the front.
