As discussed during the dispatch call, deputies were dispatched to a report of a possible explosive ordnance/device found while cleaning out a garage near Shepherdstown Pike. The caller said it was placed in the front yard and described it as approximately 12" by 3", brown, with what looked like a bullet and numbers on top.
