Reckless semi driving on I-80 near mile marker 36

All cars, I see in the area of mile marker 36 and I 80 eastbound, advising of a blue fleet, correction, blue Freightliner semi with a logo of gold rural, speeding, tailgating, and honking at the caller, almost ran the caller off the road.
