Elderly woman has severe breathing difficulty in Sheffield

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders attended to an elderly female near South Main Street who was having severe difficulty breathing. She was alert and breathing on her own upon arrival. The woman has a prior surgery affecting her mouth and tongue. Her breathing difficulty appeared to improve during the call.
