No one found during breathing difficulty welfare check

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical welfare check was conducted at a mobile home park near Main Street. The caller from Oroville reported no contact with the person since about 9:30 and mentioned breathing difficulties and a history of heart issues. Units found no one at the location and later cleared.
