Person reported with gun during disturbance near Lake Emerson Rd

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were dispatched to a reported disturbance near Lake Emerson Rd within the last ~20 minutes. A person was reported outside trying to fight someone and allegedly had a pistol; the suspect was also described as being in/associated with a white van on the southwest corner.
