Man yelling at customer outside Starbucks

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency personnel responded to a report of a disorderly man yelling at a customer outside a Starbucks on Second Street in Selma. The man was contacted near the drive-thru entrance and was reported to be on county probation related to a prior burglary case.
