Smoldering tree near garage and power lines

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a report of a dead tree smoldering near a garage and power lines on High Street. A neighbor had already used a garden hose to mostly extinguish the fire, and units were dispatched to investigate and ensure the area was safe.
