Woman acting erratically with backpack on West Pettis

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a woman in a pink tank top and blue jean shorts acting erratically and throwing a backpack near West Pettis. Officers searched the area and later contacted the uncooperative woman in a backyard near North Grand Avenue in Sedalia.
