No history of cancerous discomfort other than hypertension five years ago, which he does not currently did any meds for. He is approximately 220 bilateral 92 on the rate. At least saturation is good at 98%. He has chest pressure that's about 4 out of 10 that doesn't radiate or gain on the impression or inspiration. He's feeling slightly nauseous and been dealing with this for the last few hours.
