He left in a gray sedan, possibly a Lexus, headed to Richmond. I'm not sure which direction he left in, but he is again intoxicated. We're still getting some more information. The gray sedan, possible electricity left in left in will have Virginia tags, however we don't know what the tag is going to be, and the stuff shows left about 20 minutes ago.
