Intoxicated driver approaches resident and circles area, Sawyer KS

00:00

I just received a report from an individual at (number withheld) North Carter Street in Sawyer, advising that a blue four-wheel drive pickup pulled up to them at their house.

00:12

The individual smelled like alcohol.

00:15

It's going to be a white male, maybe 30s, bloodshot eyes, and he advised that he was.

Trying to sell them steak,

00:23

kept driving around the area and made the individual area uncomfortable.
