Elderly woman suffers low blood pressure and lethargy

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency responders were dispatched to a home near Davis Lane in South Elo for an elderly woman who appeared lethargic and had low blood pressure. Home health personnel were already on scene providing assistance.
