Person assaulted by group outside residential building
Assault Stafford 34 and 33. To respond to the area of 19, Washington Street, I have a noise complaint and a disturbance callers indicating that somebody was just beat up out front. Two males, two females, and the victim is still laying on the ground. that the female with red hair was one of the suspects kicked a person on the ground in the head several times.
