Male suffers severe chest pain near Sandy Lake

As discussed during the dispatch call, a medical call was received for chest pain near Lytle School Road and cross streets of Luer Road and Dean Road involving a 52-year-old man who is conscious and breathing but experiencing severe pain on his left side under his arm. The man reportedly has blood clots.
