Woman passes out inside car on highway

As discussed during the dispatch call, carroll County EMS was dispatched to a possible medical emergency involving a woman who reportedly passed out in a GMC stopped in the middle of Highway 36 East near Sanders. Before medic units arrived, the caller reported that the vehicle left the area.
