Driver damages another car at Brannan and Fourth

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a possible vandalism incident involving two vehicles near Brannan Street and 4th Street in San Francisco. A man from a blue vehicle reportedly struck the windows of a white vehicle, yelled at people, and then drove away toward 3rd Street. No injuries were reported.
