74-year-old woman falls in kitchen with minor injuries

A 74-year-old woman fell forward while walking in her kitchen at a private residence near Clairemont Dr. She hit the left side of her cheek on the floor but did not lose consciousness or feel dizzy before the fall. She has a half-inch cut on her left shoulder and a small abrasion on her left knee. She has no other injuries or pain and refused medical treatment or transport after being informed of risks. She has a history of bone cancer and her vital signs were stable but showed low blood pressure. She chose to stay at home with her husband.
