Emergency crews responded to multiple reports of a person and a vehicle in the center divider of southbound I-5 near Old Town in San Diego. The person was reported walking in heavy traffic, and a vehicle was stopped in the divider, partially blocking the roadway. Units drove the area, located the incident on the right shoulder just south of Old Town, and blocked traffic around the vehicle for safety.
