Security guard has syncopal episode and fall at San Diego

As discussed during the dispatch call, a 77-year-old male security guard experienced a syncopal episode and fell to the ground near Frost St, sustaining a left thumb laceration and neck pain. He was on blood thinners and transported to Memorial hospital under precautions.
