Man found down with altered consciousness and injuries

As discussed during the dispatch call, paramedics reported an adult man found lying on his side in the garage of a private residence after an unknown but possibly multi‑day period, with altered consciousness, significant swelling and bruising on his left side, and abnormal heart rhythm. He was transported with physician authorization for specialized treatment to a nearby hospital, possibly Scripps Mercy, in the San Diego area.
