85-year-old female unresponsive then stable at home

An 85-year-old female at home became unresponsive for about 10 minutes while sitting in a wheelchair. She had snoring breaths and color changes. She has a history of stroke and was recently discharged from rehab. Upon EMS arrival, she was conscious, breathing normally, and mentally alert. Vitals and lung sounds were stable with no recent illness or trauma reported. Her daughter was present during the incident.
