Kitten rescued from fence and reunited with mother

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire crews responded to a residence near Piccadilly Place for a report of an injured kitten stuck in a fence. The incident appears to have been resolved when the kitten was freed and reunited with its mother near the garage. Radio traffic also mentioned a separate possible water rescue and a medical call for a choking infant at other locations.
