Property check after cameras disabled at home

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were requested to check a home near South Ellis Street and South Fifth Street in Salisbury after a caller reported that security cameras were disabled and mentioned having a restraining order against a spouse. It is unclear whether the restrained person was at the scene.
