Today we have a seventy-one, seven-one-year-old female coming from Story Point Assisted Living.

This is going to be a sepsis alert.

Staff noticed that the patient was warm to the touch and tachycardic as of this morning.

They stated found the patient at 6:30.

She went to bed, her normal self.

Current vitals are as follows.

Patient is sinus tach, unmonitored at 123, that's 123.

This is her baseline due to dementia.

Staff states she is presenting a little bit more lethargic today though.
