Welfare check for adult woman possibly down inside home

As discussed during the dispatch call, emergency crews are dispatched for a precautionary medical/welfare check near Waterford Circle in Salinas after a neighbor reports the garage door has been open all night and the resident is not answering the door or phone and may be down inside.
