Domestic assault with children present near E Main St

As discussed during the dispatch call, units were dispatched for a domestic in progress near E Main St in Harrison County. The caller reported her husband struck her in the face while she was holding an infant, and she complained of jaw pain and initially declined EMS. Dispatch advised multiple juveniles were in the residence; the suspect was believed to be in the basement, and he reportedly had access to a rifle and a pistol in the home.
