Erratic driving by silver Ford Taurus near Salem

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were advised of a possible impaired or unsafe driver in a silver Ford Taurus that had reportedly crossed lanes, nearly hit a guardrail, and gone into oncoming traffic before stopping at a convenience store in Salem, West Virginia.
