Woman bitten deeply on arm by dog near Tulsa Ave

As discussed during the dispatch call, a female was bitten by a dog on the arm causing a deep injury. The dog is believed to live near Tulsa Avenue and is described as a possible boxer pit bull shepherd mix. EMS directed to ER.
