Yelling and reported assault in backyard on Wildwood

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers responded to a report of yelling and a possible physical fight in a backyard on Wildwood Avenue. A caller from a nearby house reported hearing screaming, seeing someone get hit, and mentioned that someone may have pepper spray.
