Wire fire and fallen tree near elementary school

As discussed during the dispatch call, fire units were dispatched to a reported wire fire and a tree down across the road near an elementary school on East Allendale Road. Crews arrived, reported active fire in the roadway, and began investigating and establishing command. There were also reports of a power loss in the area.
