Just a few ago, it's a male (name withheld), late, 26 foot 1, thin, brown or dark t-shirt and has jeans with black underwear. And again, he's 92 carrying a 1-liter bottle of whiskey. The caller said he just got out of prison again is very aggressive and threatening everybody, but now he's going northbound on 9th Street. It's actually clear 1704 hours.
