Male (name withheld) 17 was a black shirt, black ski mask. There were other male (name withheld)s aboard. It occurred at 3407, 24th Avenue, and the vehicle went north down. Her 12005 out with the vehicle description. It's supposed to be a dark gray scan. The caller has cameras of it because that's the only description we have so far.
