Erratic Dodge Charger nearly hits vehicle on Route 7

As discussed during the dispatch call, dispatch received a report of a maroon Dodge Charger driving erratically south on US Route 7 near Woodstock Avenue in Rutland, Vermont. The vehicle reportedly tried to pass in a turning lane and nearly hit another vehicle, and its license plate may not match its registration.
