Bullet reported striking a house; vehicle windows reported broken

As discussed during the dispatch call, officers were asked to check an area after a caller reported a bullet bounced off a house and that vehicle windows were broken. The caller was difficult to obtain information from and requested no contact. Location was given as near West B Street in Russellville.
